The company was founded by Russell S. Cowart, (CEO), Doug Dickey and Bob Harrington in 1993 in Ft. Collins, Colorado. The three founders brought over 50 years of experience in natural resource mapping to i-cubed. Under Mr. Cowart's guidance, i-cubed has grown from its entrepreneurial beginnings into one of the top geospatial firms in the country.
