The i-cubed engineering team practices iterative development with frequent releases of both DataDoors and GAME, allowing for quick turnaround of feature requests.  A key element of our engineering approach involves close collaboration with customers to understand the problems they need to solve, and applying our in-house GIS expertise to help provide solutions.  This approach drives our requirements definition process.

Our project management methods for prioritizing development work, managing resource allocation, risk management, and tracking progress are easily tailored to apply across both small and large projects.  We rely on industry-standard software development tools and processes for requirements elicitation, configuration management, defect/issue tracking, nightly build and automated test, etc. that allow us both enough flexibility to scale as business priorities evolve, and sufficient rigor to produce high quality software.

Our engineering capabilities include deployment of web-based mapping applications, adding capabilities to ESRI products, integration with third-party GIS tools, and tailoring of DataDoors and GAME to help our customers achieve specific objectives.
