Managed Hosted Solutions - Geospatial Applications

i-cubed, a world class geospatial services firm with friendly, dynamic work environment is seeking a full-time Technical Account Rep for the Managed Hosted Solutions Team.

The Technical Account Rep will be the primary contact assigned to one or more clients responsible for understanding the client's technology requirements and pro-actively addressing any issues using appropriate resources and escalation paths to provide a timely resolution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Project tracking and reporting
• Understanding client requirements and serving as an advocate for customer needs
• Ensure accuracy of customer's data and project information
• Provide customer training through on-site sessions or via internet
• Provide assistance to other Technical Account Managers on complex technical and business issues
• Custom application configuration based on client requirements
• The development and maintenance of a good working knowledge of current and future products and technologies offered as services

Education and Experience

• B.A or B.S. or equivalent experience
• Experience with Remote Sensing, GIS, Geospatial Image Processing and High Resolution Aerial Photography is a plus
• Customer management experience a plus
• Security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong initiative and sense of ownership
• Attention to detail
