Experience and Education

• 5+ years of enterprise software development experience, including all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience developing applications using C# .Net connected to relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server or Oracle
• Experience with database modeling and design, web services, unit testing frameworks, XML and scripting languages
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field with computer emphasis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage time efficiently, and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with GIS and Geospatial Image Processing or High Resolution Aerial Photography preferred
• Knowledge of FLEX/Flash Builder/Silverlight preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation as required to maintain, enhance and extend i-cubed's industry leading DataDoors application
• Collaboration with teammates around requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Definition and estimation of work packages
• Willingness and aptitude to develop a deep understanding of customer environments and customer needs

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implementation of web based, data driven software.
• Analyze, discover, and resolve existing issues.
• Report to SW architect, working between development and testing teams.
• Interact with the developers/testers to take part in the review of SW requirements and designs to verify testability.
• Responsible for system integration across multiple customer sites.

Candidate Profile

• Broad experience with software development and testing techniques & methods.
• Strong understanding of object oriented programming and practices.
• Must be capable of quickly coming up to speed on complex system.
• Strongly skilled in defining and implementing test frameworks, comprising drivers, mocks and stubs in multi-disciplinary systems.
• Able to drive improvements in the area of requirements engineering and management to strengthen these as a basis for proper testing.

Candidate Characteristics

• Motivated team player acting as an advocate of testing in the organization.
• Outgoing and flexible and not easily discouraged while keeping the end goal in their sight.
• Able to balance between analytical and pragmatical approaches.

Experience and Education

• .NET, C#
• SOAP/web services
• OOP design and practices
• IIS 6/7 with Windows Server 2003/2008
• Perl
• Strong knowledge of the English language in writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking several projects simultaneously.
• Master or Bachelor degree in computer science or a comparable relevant technical discipline

Primary Responsibilities

•  Process and analyze imagery including orthorectification, multi-source
integration, classification and change detection
•  Work closely with key customers to deliver industry leading visual and

•  Work as part of a team to architect, design and implement computational

Required Skills

•  B.S. in Remote Sensing or Natural Science or post-grad
training/certification (COGS BCIT etc.) or equivalent experience
•  2+ years image processing experience using a Geomatics software package
such as PCI, ERDAS Imagine, or SOCET Set. PCI Preferred.
•  Creative problem solving skills and a strong work ethic
•  Solid understanding of Geographic principles and experience with GIS

Desired Experience

•  Automated image processing techniques, specifically using scripting
languages such as Python, PERL, and PCI (EASI) or other programming
languages
•  Computing and network principles
•  ESRI tools such as ArcMap and others.
